Delivery

  • Minimum order for delivery is 86 bags.

Two types of deliveries:

  • Express Delivery: Delivery will be arranged within the next working day after order confirmation.

    NOTE: To benefit the Express Delivery, order should be placed between 06:30 to 16:00, from Monday to Friday.

  • Normal Delivery: Delivery will be arranged within the next two working days after order confirmation.

          NOTE: Order should be placed between Monday to Friday.

          Bags will be delivered on palletless.

Delivery Conditions:

  • On ground floor only – Deliveries will not be performed on upper floors.
  • Easy access to delivery site – You may be asked to share photos of site access.
  • If access on delivery site is limited – a maximum distance of 5 metres from where the lorry is parked to unload on site.
  • All deliveries are scheduled between Monday to Friday. No deliveries on Public Holidays and weekends.
  • All orders received during Public Holidays and weekends will be scheduled on the next working day as per selected delivery option.
  • Delivery time may vary between 08:00 to 15:30.

Pickup

Four pick-up points are available:

  1. Head Office, Mer Rouge (Minimum order for Pickup - 86 bags)
  2. KBM Phoenix
  3. KBM Saint Julien D’hotman
  4. KBM Union Park
  5. KBM Goodlands

Pickup time between 08:00 to 14:00.
